Very easy to check in, staff are friendly and helpful. The room was well presented and has a great view of the beach and river. The location is excellent, only a short walk to Cavill Ave precinct and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel has a really good outdoor pool and spa area.

Great room, very clean and well appointed. The location is very central and the resort has excellent facilities. The only negative is that river view rooms are quite noisy due to the heavy traffic on Ferny Ave, but the view was awesome.

The location was perfect , pool great , unfortunately the room wasn't the cleanest or well presented .... nothing like eth photos , but it was enjoyable and we could look past a lot of the issues as we spent most of the time exploring and swimming etc

Pros: great location. Pool facilities were great Cons: the room was very dated, damp smell, general cleanliness not great. Either dirt or mould on roof from AC. Then AC stopped working (was a building/tower fault) but no AC for 4 nights 5days with a room temp of 29 degrees was terrible. I wouldn’t stay in this room again.

We had an excellent stay. Absolutely lovely apartment with stunning views. Extremely comfy beds and pillows. Such a bonus to be able to wash and dry clothes as we went. Nothing to complain about at all. Best room we have stayed in.
