Staff were friendly, pool areas were nice and breakfast good. Location fantastic! The only let down was cleanliness / housekeeping of room in the first few days but this was well followed up and rectified immediately which we were very appreciative for. For me I felt the rooms were a little outdated compared to Adelaide and Melbourne 5 star hotels.

easy check in. room smelt musty and closed up. Air conditioning was ok, the room attendant kept altering the temperature. Something needs to be done about the pool chairs and beds, people were down putting towels on them at 6am, and leaving them most of the day to reserve them, spoke to reception and they didn't act on it.

We are a young couple with a toddler and stayed here for six nights over the New Year period. The room was spacious but really needs an update, and the cots were very dated. The buffet breakfast was standard and not great value — no barista coffee, limited alternative milks, and no berries. Breakfast started quite late, which made mornings challenging with a young child. For a beachfront hotel with multiple pools, it was poorly equipped. Towels often ran out, and our room was only properly serviced two days out of six. Staff seemed unaware of housekeeping issues and couldn’t resolve them. The location is the hotel’s only saving grace. We wouldn’t recommend it for families with young children — there are better options out there.
