The place was perfect for families. Had a great experience and the views were very scenic from the top. It’s also next to Harbour Town, making shopping convenient. Would recommend.

All the staff were great. The room was beautiful. Except the main bedroom the air conditioner was not working. The plug in the sink in the kitchen did not fit for washing up.we didn't know if u new or not.

At an apartment we stayed at, both bathrooms require a deep clean if not a renovation. Showers were absolutly filthy like they had never been clean before. Toilets were just as unhygienic . The TV did not function properly. We could only access a few local channels and YouTube. Every attempt to connect to Netflix resulted in the screen continuously loading without success.

Fantastic bed, very comfortable. All amenities required. Walking distance to hotel and Harbour Town. 1 small annoyance the large rubbish bin they had was great untill we realised the bag was only half tge size so rubbish pushed bag down and made a mess. Room 1804. Very disappointing.

Room waa clean for the most part...the tub/shower combo had some kind of black dots stained on there which I mentioned to staff on departure...only other dissapointment was my room was next to the carpark gate for 2 buildings and found it noisy so had to use noise cancelling headphones.
