The Space:

GC Hinterland Hideaway by Tiny Away is a stunning retreat in Bonogin, within Queensland region, Australia. Our tiny house lets you experience the countryside life with nature, wildlife and skies.



Let our holiday homes become your base as you discover this Queensland region’s amazing spots like Springbrook National Park, Bally Mountain, Bonogin Valley Horse Retreat, Boomerang Farm Bike Park, Burleigh Heads, Robina Town Centre, and Dreamworld.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence.



Complimentary drinks:



- Enjoy a cup of coffee with our Nespresso coffee machine, we provide 2 capsules per person per night.



Pre-orders must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance, are subject to availability, and must be paid for before check-in.



Food & Drinks



- Esky Cooler: $10, including ice.

- Wine: Red or white wine available for $15.

- Breakfast: $25 per person for a choice of cooked or continental breakfast.



Firewood & BBQ



- Firewood (20 kg): $25, including kindling.

- Gas BBQ Grill: $30 for use throughout your stay.

- Firewood Bundle: $35 for 20 kg of firewood, kindling, fire starters, and a bucket of dry leaves.



Experiences & Relaxation



- Salsa Dancing & Gardening Classes: Available subject to availability and advance booking.

- Private Hydro-Massage Spa: $70 for up to 2 hours in a heated spa with scenic valley, mountain, and ocean views.



Transport & Laundry



- Dryer: $7 per load. Laundry facilities are in a shared area.

- Transport: Transfers to and from town are available at an additional cost.

- Washing Machine: $7 per load, including detergent, subject to availability.



Water Usage



- The property uses rainwater for showers, cooking, and toilet facilities. Please boil water before drinking.

- Train station in 12 minutes away, from there there are $0.50 rides to anywhere north or south.



By public transport:

- Uber is the service

Train station is 12 minutes drive.

You need a car to come to the property, there's not public transport in the area.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT: In compliance with our policy, the maximum occupancy is 2 guests, with no children or pets permitted.



- Wifi is available

- Pets are not allowed

- This property is not suitable for kids

- Nespresso machine is available for guests use

- Mobile reception is good for Telstra; other networks have weak to no signal

- Smoking is permitted only at the fire pit. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the fire pit.

- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, and close windows and doors when leaving

- In compliance with our policy, the maximum occupancy is 2 guests. Please note that unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted.

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or late check-outs are subject to the Host’s approval and may incur an additional charge.



Important note:



- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- Keep an eye out for snakes as the property is located in bushland (or grassland) areas

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property children and pets are not allowed.

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
