Room was spacious, clean and bed very comfortable. Executive lounge is amazing, food, drinks and service. Have stayed Twice now, will definitely be back. Have stayed a lot of places in the Gold Coast but this is the best.

The hotel was very conveniently located near shopping, dining and the beach. Very walkable and also close to public transportation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cafe was also nice and had tasty food and coffees!

For the price paid for the executive king room, I couldn’t justify it. The bed was lumpy and you could feel the divide - wasn’t a true king bed. The executive lounge was good, but the offerings and breakfast was really not worth the upgrade. If we stay again, we won’t be booking an executive room - it’s much more worth the value to get a standard room and go to Harvest Buffet.

The place is beautiful surroundings amazing. The staff very professional, I love the young lady who checked us she was very friendly with conversation, gave us waters for our trip. Having a friendly conversation win over professional for me. The rooms was tidy, clean but was small and only 1 chair for three people. There was no coffee pods for the machine. Just small things but our stay was great, thank you

Unfortunately we had no conditioner - and I couldn’t call and ask for more mid shower! So BYO essentials. And very noisy door throughout the night, it sounded like somebody was trying to break in but it was other doors slamming all night long….. zzzzz BYO ear plugs! One outdoor pool. To get to the spa/gym/other pools you need to walk through the casino area to the Star, a separate hotel.
