Unfortunately we had no conditioner - and I couldn’t call and ask for more mid shower! So BYO essentials. And very noisy door throughout the night, it sounded like somebody was trying to break in but it was other doors slamming all night long….. zzzzz BYO ear plugs! One outdoor pool. To get to the spa/gym/other pools you need to walk through the casino area to the Star, a separate hotel.

Hotel is lovely however we had 2 lights out in our bathroom and blind in bathroom wouldn’t come down. These were fixed once we told reception. Our TV Crome cast would work and we were told that nothing can be done about that and to google it… Our room was cleaned but towels not replaced and dirty cups left on the bench. This is our 3rd stay at the hotel because we loved it so much but now I’m not sure what’s happened. So like your last.

Huge queues for the buffet in an overly crowded environment. I suppose that what happens when you cram in 2 hotels worth of guests into one buffet. Hotel is nice enough, don’t bother paying extra for the breakfast, there are many other options within walking distance.
