There's two street access, one street is usually empty and chill, that's the street the apartment faces with. The building that faces the front is one block away, just there's nothing to close and that's what makes this street quieter. The other access faces a busier street, ideal to leave for a dinner or something on the most central Surfers.

We value nice lightning around the apartment for a cozy stay! With a 52" tv
