The location was really great and considering the price it was really good. There is loud construction almost every morning and the shutters don’t close adequately so you wake up early due to the bright light and loud noise. There is no aircon so it gets very hot even with the 2 fans on. You can’t have the windows open over night to help due to bugs flying in

Listing needs to be updatedxto say that major upgrades are being done on the property. We had drilling directly above us all day every day. You also need to put the carpaek clearance on your listing. We have a fairly standard sized car and we could not fit in the 1.7m clearance carpark and had to park on the street, well a couple of streets away most of the time as most spots were taken mlst of the time. The apartment itself was a bit run down and needs a few things done to freshen it up. The quilt on the bed???? Please just throw it out and get a new one, It has stains all over it. The location is the only saving grace for this place, 5 minutes walk and youre on Cavill Ave.

Exceptional Stay at Condor Oceanview Apartment

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Condor Oceanview Apartments, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and provided all the comforts one could wish for. The hotel room was top-notch and the convenience of having a kitchen and laundry in the room was a nice touch to our stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to Cavill Ave and the beach. Overall, Condor exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Réservé et payé pour 4 personnes. Arrivé sur place, un seul lit double. Pas de canapé lit comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Juste un sofa simple. Pas de draps, ni de serviette pour 4 personnes. Lit principal cassé. Pas de clim, ventilateur ne fonctionne pas. Wifi ne fonctionnait pas non plus. On a demandé de quitter ce logement et demandé un remboursement car rien de correspondait a l'annonce et ça nous a été refusé. Expérience horrible.
