Before your arrival, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive house guide. This guide includes detailed instructions for accessing the property, using the amenities, and helpful tips to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

To get you started, we’ve provided essential bathroom items, including 30ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap, along with two rolls of toilet paper. Should you need additional supplies during your stay, you are welcome to purchase them at your convenience.
Please note, as this is a privately managed property onsite reception staff (if applicable) are unable to assist you if you have any questions or need any assistance. So please message the host directly for any assistance required.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balcony and pool and bbq area. $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.

Please note the property is for quiet enjoyment only. Please respect our house rules and keep noise to a minimum. For this reason we enforce a strict no party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge.

Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund.

Sometime accidents happen and a key or fob may get lost and you may lock yourself out.
No problems as we have a spare key for most properties and we can get that to you via our security team. Please note a $200 call out fee will be applied and must be paid before the keys are delivered.

You will have a starter pack of provisions in the apartment, as this is a self-catering apartment, you may need to replenish some items during your stay.

Do not use any tanning products in this property during your stay, additional charges will be incurred for stained and damaged linens including makeup residue.
Housekeeping may charge an additional callout fee if guest has not checked out before they arrive.
