Disliked: Cleanliness
We had a faulty air conditioner in our room - it worked but sounded like an aeroplane in our room the entire stay! Was so loud and hard to relax. The office staff don't care about guests - we complained multiple times but they don't didn't do anything. The cleanliness of place is terrible - empty beer cans under the sofa, someone else makeup all over the bathroom floor - had to call them back twice for it to be clean enough for us to stay. Location is good - pool is great. Just the room and the service of staff is very poor.
