Had to pay an additional $20 for parking. There was no kettle/ tea/ coffee in room. Room was so small. Had trouble to move with 2 people in there. This is a real budget place and I guess you get what you pay for. Staff member was police and welcoming.

Newly renovated rooms. New aircon new fridges and freshly painted, a wonderful upgrade. The staff are wonderful. The hotel is a street back from the beach and is so close the the main hub of surfers paradise, Cavil Avenue

It's a great location but the advertising is not correct. It is a glorified backpackers hotel and the rooms are very tiny. Ci-Ci on reception was amazing and very helpful but the facilities are not what they are presented as. There was sand in our original bath towels. there are no facilities in the room other than a fridge and TV. The toilet paper roll had not been changed before we arrived.

The first room placed in the bed was dirty, they changed rooms for me and being so tired gave up in the second room. Which had dirt on the floor. They charge for parking in their own building. CRAZY

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I don't think I've ever checked into a place that has a supposed 4-star rating, lovely photos on-line and descriptions of great amenities, that has been more deceptive than the Breeze Inn. The staff member who welcomed me was lovely; however, the room was tiny and didn't even have the most basic amenities. There was a little fridge, but no hand towels, bathmat or face washers, no hair dryer or even a shelf in the bathroom, which was dirty and full of mould. Looking out the window of our room, we saw towels on a line; presumably, they’re not even commercially cleaned. There was no ventilation or fan in the tiny bathroom, but a sign at reception said that if you showered with the door open, you'd set off the fire alarms and be charged for the fire-dept. call-out; not an ideal set up for two friends sharing a tiny room. The supposed ‘shared kitchen’ was absolutely filthy, and the ‘coffee and tea’ consisted of a tea bag or sachet of coffee powder that had both sugar and creamer combined; no milk, no clean cups or cutlery – or even cleaning products to do it yourself. Suffice it to say, I will never stay there again and would warn others to see it in person before deciding.
