Very poor communication from Roomy Homes (the people managing property)! We had to search bushes in front carpark to locate keys. No communication regarding secure parking even though was advised no. No communication as to where to leave keys. It was always us chasing them up rather than them providing the communication.
Stayed 7 nights in Apr 2019
