Other Things to Note:
Fresh Linen & Towels: We aim to provide a comfortable stay for our guests with fresh linen, 2 bath towels per Double, Queen, or King bed, and 1 bath towel for Single or sofa beds. If you need additional linen or towels, please submit a request after confirming your booking with us.

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is actively monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1,200 will apply for Fire and Emergency Services, with the guest responsible for all associated costs.
Cleanliness Concerns: If the property’s cleanliness does not meet your expectations upon arrival, please notify us immediately. We will promptly arrange for a cleaner to address the issue.

Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. Please leave the property in a clean and orderly condition upon check-out. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest.

Guest Count Accuracy: To ensure an enjoyable stay for all, please ensure that the number of guests matches the details provided during booking.
Lost and Found: We hold lost items for up to two weeks. To retrieve an item, please provide your current address, and we will arrange shipping. Guests are responsible for all postage costs.

Baby Equipment: A cot, highchair, and baby bath are available upon request for $20 per item. Please inform us during your booking if you require any of these. Availability is limited, and items may not be provided if stock runs out.

Self-Inflated Bed: A self-inflated bed is available upon request for an additional $50. Please let us know during your booking if you need this item. Availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide it if stock runs out.

Privacy & ID Verification: To maintain a secure environment, we may request proof of identity before booking. This helps ensure that all guests meet our age verification standards. Please note, we do not rent to individuals below the required age or those booking under different names. Rest assured, your personal information will remain confidential.
