I had the most amazing experience. Besides staying in a great beautiful ocean view room, when I needed urgent documents to be printed and resent to my email the girl at the front desk was so accommodating. She even sourced a business for me which was close by (and thankfully open on New Years Eve) to get some more work done. The service was simply impeccable and was very greatful for all their assistance as they certainly didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond for me.

The rooms are great and good value for money. A bit older style but it was comfy and had a fantastic view. After hours check in was simple. I’m also not a fan of lifts but theirs are smooth and stress free! Would definitely stay here again.

Quite good and very bad. Common areas are great, room in desperate need of repair and renovation. View was good. Location is great. Bathroom was terrible - filthy tiles, centre piece of shower screen missing, no soap tray or even towel rails, cheap (and old) fittings. Bed was nice. Carpet was poor. Tv and lounge jammed into a corner where neither fit. And having to pay extra for car parking, which I was only advised AFTER paying the non-refundable room fee borders on false and misleading advertising. I have photos of everything - don’t seem to be able to add them to this review

Value wise good for all. Bit frightened this morning as we were outside waiting on coach to airport when three lads arrived and were trying to get into beachcomer without card and wanted ours, i do think they were high on drugs maybe be but i am sure if you got cameras for the entrance area you will see there actions.
