Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
There is a nice ocean view. There is no inside seating in the small room. There are a couple of chairs outside on a patio through a sliding glass door by a large above ground hot tub. The room was very small with a king bed that filled it and had a small television. There is a small connected private bathroom. The room had a bit of a musty smell from the carpet , and leaving the sliding glass door open was not an option because there was no screen. The room was downstairs. The entry area outside the room where the coffee stand is (shared with owner and possibly another guest) smelled a little moldy. The shared space is upstairs with owners and a sweet little dog. Did not feel comfortable going up there so don’t know what it is like. On arrival, you are warned not to cook or be in the kitchen much other than to possibly use the microwave. Did not end up going upstairs into owner space featured in photos or staying so this only represents a first impression.
