It was in a very pretty place on the river. The bed and room were very comfortable. The WiFi did not work consistently and sometimes not at all. When we picked up the phone to call the front desk about it, the phone did not work.

Beautiful location, but that’s about it. The rooms online look nice, remodeled and clean. When we came in, it has old smell, not cleaned well at all, carpet is dirty and sticky, bathroom had hair everywhere, and this was their newly remodeled room. Pool water was gross and not cleaned properly.

Perfect location views from each room stunning. Just beautiful. Room clean large. Balcony fabulous to watch the boats sea otters etc pass by. Pity there was no lift to 3rd floor. That was the only fault. Jerrys Rogue Jet a must and book longest route. Porthole cafe great too x x

Peaceful, Beautiful, Fun!

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was kind and helpful, room was clean and filled with Beautiful views! The pool house was clean and cozy, restaurant was family friendly, and it was close to other wonderful amenities. Overall we had a great time! Even got to enjoy seeing the boats, fish and crabs come thru from the docks and shore lines.

Location is nice, nice view of the river opening out to the ocean. However each balcony has a cut out for the neighbors to look in on you. Also AC does not work (atleast in my room) and both rooms beside mine were also taken and seemed to also be over heating as everyone was trying to leave door open to cool room (room was over 70, outside was 54). So you could hear everyone talking/watching TV etc and impossible to sleep. Lastly the doors auto "slam" shut if you don't stop it. It is incredibly loud all night hearing doors slam. I had to leave a day early. No refund.

I liked that it was right on the River. A little too South for the fabulous sunset at our time of the year, but nice to see the lights of Gold Beach. I got to swim in the indoor pool, but had to leave my mobility scooter at the bottom of 3 stairs and made it with my cane. The pool and spa were nice and worth the physical effort. It is NOT TRULY handicapped accessible. BUMMER. THE ACCESSIBLE room was nice and newly upgraded. We enjoyed our short time and will stay again. Thanks.

Good property for fisherman but needs to have breakfast available earlier since fishing starts at 7. Mold in showers. No air conditioning, but floor heater heats the room in 10 minutes, then stays hot all night.
