I usually only post good reviews in my stays,if like to say that this was one of the worst experiences in my existence. The front desk Nefitiri was not professional or kind but one of the most unkind humans I have encountered. I’m a disable person,legally I have my state plaque to prove it. I ask for a cart to move my belongings to the car,not only was she dismissive but contemptuous towards me. She would make an effort to aid me or help me find a cart. She told me everyone else had them and this people are able bodied taking their kids on a ride with luggage. She called the janitor and both were speaking badly about me. The thing is that the didn’t think I speak Spanish. But I do. She referred to me as you know that word that you call animals? Anyway I took videos of the situation. DO BIT STAY HERE. Not worth the HASSLE. Very sad that they can’t hire professionals.:(

The room had little bugs that were coming in through the window that was closed. They were not cockroaches. They were small little bugs from outside getting in. We stayed in the room right when you get off the elevator (on the right).On the second floor. Think it might have been 205. Please fix this for next time. I do love the renovations. The hotel has done tho! Thanks

I booked a room with 2 beds and 1 couch on purpose to accommodate my family with teenagers. When we arrived we were told there are no rooms like this available. (However they still show bookable online.) In an effort to make the room work we asked for extra bedding and were given one shabby blanket and one pillow. Fortunately we are only here for one night. Very disappointed in the lack of accommodations and effort to help.

Bathtub was filthy inside and outside floor had dirty corners faucets now sparkly clean I went into bathroom immediately after opening the room door and saw bathtub with debris and complained to front desk and they sent staff to clean they did a mediocre job and left I did not feel comfortable taking a shower in that bathroom
