Escape to our secluded hilltop ranch home, where breathtaking views of the Roaring Fork Valley and Mt. Sopris make this a wonderful place for a Colorado vacation. Just outside Glenwood Springs and 40 minutes from Aspen, you'll have easy access to hiking, skiing, rafting, fishing, golf, shopping, and dining. After a day of adventure, return to the peace and privacy of our property to watch local wildlife, enjoy the mountain views, or relax with a game night together.

The Space:
Designed for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the Colorado mountains, Hilltop Hideaway comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two spacious living areas.

Gather & Relax:
The bright, open main level brings everyone together with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining table perfect for shared meals and game nights. Downstairs, a second living area offers another comfortable place to relax, complete with a sofa, TV, gas fireplace, kitchenette, and game table.

Enjoy the Outdoors:
Located on a hill 200 feet above the valley on 1.6 private acres, the property offers sweeping views, beautiful sunsets, and wonderful opportunities for wildlife watching and stargazing. Enjoy morning coffee on the patio, an afternoon game of bocce ball, or an evening gathered around the gas fire pit.

Rest & Recharge:
Four bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups, including a king primary suite, comfortable queen bedrooms, and a custom-built bunk room. Three full bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready for the day's adventures.

**The driveway is approximately 1/8 mile (200 meters) long, with a steep, winding gravel surface. Although it may look intimidating at first, most passenger cars can easily navigate it in DRY conditions. All-wheel drive (AWD) or four-wheel drive (4WD) is recommended in wet weather and required when there is snow or ice.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

The house was very nice and clean. The swamp cooler was very noisy and didn’t work great. We spent a lot of time out in the backyard which was beautiful, Unfortunately the sewer smell from the septic system was pretty strong at times. Also glad that we brought our own propane tank for the fire pit since theirs ran out. Overall our stay was very nice and worked well for our families.

We had a wonderful time in Glenwood Springs with our extended family. This house was just outside of town and had amazing views. The house plan was great for multiple families. Plenty of room to spread out and even get some alone time. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were given lots of supplies (kitchen soap, tissues, bathroom supplies) Very quite and peaceful. We saw bunnies, deer and chipmunks. It was super hot when we went and the swamp cooler kept it comfortable in the house during the hottest periods of the day.

Beautiful stay

Visit at the area for family wedding. Stayed with eight adults with plenty of room. Enjoyed the home the ping-pong and the scenery. Host was quick to answer and help with any situations.

Mountain retreat

Very comfortable house with lots of space, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, amazing table to share a meal or play a game. Great decks and outdoor seating, beautiful view of Mount Sopris. The driveway is indeed very steep and gravel, but adds to the charm of the property.

This is a Hideaway!

The home is an older home but with a lot of modern conveniences. The deck and outside was a great layout. We had a lot of fun playing in the yard. It was a little different finding the house, but good instructions were given. We would definitely stay there again.

Memories Made in the Mountains

Our stay at this beautiful mountain home was nothing short of amazing. The house was thoughtfully set up for guests of all ages, from young kids to adults. We especially appreciated the unexpected baby gate we were able to use at the stairs, which gave us peace of mind with our little ones!The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals, including all the cooking and dining essentials. The home was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived.There were endless activities for everyone to enjoy. The kids (and adults) had a blast with the ping pong and foosball tables, the basketball hoop, and we spent many evenings gathered around the fire table watching the kids enjoy the yard and make crazy s’more combinations!While it's a short drive into town, that bit of distance made the location feel even more serene and private.The views were breathtaking. Enjoying a peaceful coffee on the deck, admiring the mountains was exactly what the soul needed.This home had everything we needed for a memorable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mountain getaway that works for the whole family.
