Derek, the owner/operator, does a fantastic job meeting the needs of his guests. The home, built in 1890, is in beautiful restored condition. A spotless hot tub is available on the back porch. The front porch is a comfortable and quiet spot for overlooking the front yard and the fish pond. The location is within walking distance of all that downtown Glenwood Springs has to offer including the Springs Pool. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Such a unique and cozy place! Derek has put so much thought into designing the home both for guest comfort as well as for preserving the historical aspect of the home. The king bed was extremely comfortable, the place was well stocked with snacks and breakfast items, and the hot tub was perfect for sprawling out and relaxing after long ski days.
