A great hotel, but there were a few little niggles. Only one pillow and it was far too soft. I had to put towels under it in order to firm it up. Also the TV was not easy to use. There were only 2 settings, mute and very low. Other than mute, there was no other way to adjust the sound. Also the channel selection was poor. Other than those little niggles, it's a great hotel.

Everything stood out. Hi-tech, futuristic, humanistic. Feels like a 5-star hotel. Staff are very friendly. Laundry and dryer included. It’s a very comfortable place to stay. We had a good time.

The room was very dark, the lighting was not the best. The ceiling had a metal part that was coming off as if it was not bolted correctly. Room service was constantly switching the temperature and they said we had room service but we couldn’t order room service.

Our room 433 was nice however it was right next to the staff room and from 8am staff were in and out slamming the door, a clear disregard for anyone who were sleeping or trying to. I did go out Saturday morning to ask if the slamming of the door could stop as it was every 5 minutes. It didnt stop so both morning an early rise, we always stay here but unsure if we will return.
