We loved the cube-style apartment we stayed in at the Oak Tree. It was clean and very quiet since it was self-contained. Parking was convenient in the back right in front of the cube.The young lady in reception was friendly and very helpful. The area is absolutely beautiful. Wish we had more time to explore the Loch. We had an excellent dinner though service was a bit spotty because I felt they were understaffed. Would highly recommend this Inn.

We loved our stay at the very quaint Oak Tree Inn! We also had a beautiful dinner in their restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will go back if we are ever in the area again.

It was our first night in Scotland and what a great place to start our trip. The room was nicely decorated and comfy with the restaurant right next door. Food was great and we loved being able to walk the nearby trails and view the lake.

Oak View Inn review

Booked a superior room which was in a separate cottage. Parking easy, room lovely and clean and comfortable. Had a view of loch lomond too and a balcony to sit outside if we wanted to. Nice ensuite too.

Shame fairy lights on all night as the blinds didn’t quite fit the window so lights shining in room. Restaurant- lovely meal, brilliant friendly service there. Well deserved tip. The hotel wasn’t ageist but it’s very much a young weekend stay for young couples/singles. I was the only oldie in Coffee shop this morning too. No complaint but might help other solo travellers.
