Staff extremely helpful and friendly, room was fabulous, and the bed comfy. I had a really good night's sleep. If I was to criticise anything at all it would be the lighting over the mirrors. A minor point, but being female I needed good lighting for putting on make up and the only place the lighting was bright enough was the bathroom, but after a shower, the mirror was too steamed up to see. Like I said, it's a tiny point, but probably something a lot of female guests would need.

This hotel had been restored to a high standard, but it’s the staff that make the stay. From reception to the bar staff, everyone is so friendly and can’t do enough to make everything perfect.

Great quiet hotel.

Great venue, very quiet in the evening. Room was very clean, bed was comfy and the hand wash smelt amazing! Couldn’t do enough for me and I would defo go back!
