Staff used the restaurant area as a corridor to the kitchen. I waited 15 minutes after my main course to see if i wanted a dessert. They looked neither right or left on the way past. Did not pick up finished plates. At breakfast it would be good to have labels on the jams etc such that one knew what they were. Breakfast staff were excellent and my poached eggs were spot on.

Self check in was so easy completed in less than 1 minute. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was delicious and the room was spotless. Check out at 5am was no problem either. Just dropped the cards at reception and that was that. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Lovely polite reception staff, clean modern room which provided all practical appliances such as coffee machine,iron power shower etc.decor was very nice, good lighting and central heating.The food at breakfast was excellent,hotel is rated 4 star on websites we would dispute that it felt like 5.

I was staying for Celtic Connections. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good, although like to see more originality with buffet breakfasts. What was the best element was the musicians in the bar until the early hours. They aren't there every night but when they are, it's great.

The breafast was well stocked and kept topped up. Choices were broad but the options of fried or poached eggs wasn't apparent to my party. Nevertheless these options seemed available. Parking at the nearby Cambridge St was offered at a discount, but this was somewhat buried on the website.
