Hubby and I always come here when we have a gig in Glasgow. Love the hotel and rooms are great. This time however the breakfast was disappointing. There was a few empty trays when we arrived and the bacon was really hard and couldn’t bite it! So overcooked. There was still over and hour and a half of breakfast time left, so expected things to be topped up.

I came early to see if I could leave my bag at reception, they gladly released my room early which was a pleasant surprised. My visits to reception, I was dealt with promptly and in a friendly professional manner. No issues with noise Room was comfortable and clean My only complaint is that no access to wifi- not given but to be fair I didn’t ask for it.
