This was a twin room, so logically the room facilities should cater for TWO people, so why was there only ONE chair, why was the bathroom shelving unable to entertain both sets of towels for two people leaving the second persons towels stuffed on shelf in the bedroom. Holiday Inn aren’t alone in this shameless con, almost every hotel chain does this, and Expedia is as much to blame for it continuing unabated as the hoteliers and it needs to stop, it also I would think breaches the various uk consumer laws because if you are selling the room as a two person or more room it should cater for said amount of persons in all aspects of the room facilities including seating. Other than that the room was okay if very dated in decor, it’s unfortunate because the staff are wonderful, the breakfast good and Glasgow is great.
