Automatic service charge for restaurant which I don’t agree with only because I like to tip direct to the staff and I want to choose what I give, rather than be dictated what the tip will be. Food was tasty and breakfast was great. Extremely expensive Bar. Hotel great for OVO events, the room wasn’t as clean as I’d expect. bed comfortable and checked this was clean but pillows caused bad nights sleep. Room was adequate for use. For all iv rated quiet poorly in some areas, I possibly would still book again due to proximity to the OVO Hydro and the exhibition centre station.

Not a great welcome with the revolving door smashed, staff were welcoming especially George at the restaurant, however a big build up of dust in between the annulments, in our room 509 there was mild in the shower and dust on every surface, the evening meal was great so well done on the chef and staff there. Did have a sorry from reception but that was it

It was all fine. When we booked we booked for Peter Kay at the hydro. We were told we had to download a separate app to book dinner? By the time we worked that out it was fully booked between 4 and 7pm . .i just think that Reception could have easily booked us a slot to eat ? Anyway it didn't happen. Apart from.all that noce place would stay again.
