We had an issue with heating in our room. This was dealt with quickly by the very courteous staff. Nice breakfast in the morning and would stay again.

Wonderful check-in experience. However, just like my stay last year, it’s spoiled by a security guard on the inside at night that acts like you’re there to rob the place when all you’re trying to do is go to your room. Then, despite the bar being open late, it’s pretty hard to get service as the staff working the bar disappear into the back. This leaves just the security guard staring at your every move.

The fact that we stayed in a Marriott and had no option to order hot food/room service is honestly not very good. They only had a microwave in reception with the option to buy pasties, crisps and sweets! The 'Hot' breakfast was also cold! I dont think we will stay at this hotel again, and we often visit the Ovo Hydro. I think we would opt to stay at the Hilton again next time.
