Right across the street, 35 yards give or take, for the best Steelhead fishing in the state. 44’X28’ driveway for all boaters. Fire pit, corn hole, dart board, BBQ grill and there is artesian spring, just up the road a peace. *There is a Caretaker on the premises (not in the house) to answer any questions or concerns*
