The room was pretty good however the pillows were not great and we were unable to get additional pillows every time we asked until the last night. For some reason, when we needed anything, we had to go the front desk to get it ourselves instead of it being sent to our room. (Toilet paper, towels, pillows and blankets) The pool was also broken and we were not made aware of it until arrival which as very unfortunate as we booked specifically for the pool. There were no options for us to use a different hotel pool and no public pools in Erie!

The staff at the front desk were nice. The kitchen staff decided to quit filling the food an hour before end time. They said if they run out, it's gone. The couch in the 2 bedroom suite sunk in. We had to put the pillows on top underneath th the cushions
