Room 208 banging from floor above all night so zero sleep water stains on ceiling toilet seat half broken dirt in grout in tiles around bathtub My room overlooked the back parking lot packed with trucks that left early in the morning Also I was warned by 2 locals to take all valuables out of my car overnight as area not safe Gibsons landing safer great view same price

Very well maintained hotel. friendly staff. Quiet,peaceful Comfortable large room. Pool and Gym space extra bonus and free coffee in am nice touch. We would have given the place 5/5 if the bed mattress had seemed in better condition. It is at stage of needing replacement.

The room was pretty basic and certainly not feeding any extra sensory comforts. Temperature controls were hard to manage - room was either too hot or too cold. Hair dryer did not work; extreme noise of running down halls and stairs above us. Didn't access parking after dark, so cannot comment on that. Expected more in the way of room "Comfort" for the $$$.
