Perfect stay! Great for our family of 4, easy to check in, very clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds, ample parking 2 minutes away. Very close to the town centre, to walk but also tram stops outside.

Located in the heart of the city makes it easy to walk to everything you would want to see. The staff are very helpful, speak great english and extremely helpful. The rooms are large, clean and had everything we could of needed. The fresh fruit and nespresso machine for the morning was a great touch.

Great location

Amazing location in the centre of Ghent. Spacious family suite. Breakfast was great. The curtains were a little short so was a bit bright in the morning. Be aware does have parking but you need to reserve a space and it you have to pay for it

Athough there is no reception, everything was fine and the breakfast on time. Irina, the responsible for all, was very kind and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated in the city.

Close enough to the centre of Ghent to be able to access everything easily but also far enough out so not noisy at night. Everything you would want to see is within walking distance including parking if you cannot access the hotels spot ( limited). Very hospital friendly accomodating hostess and staff. Hotel has lovely interior with thoughtful touches. The breakfast was amazing. Only stayed one night on this occasion ut would not hesitate to return. Parking in the undergroung car park is very steep and very tight, larger cars will struggle. I have a Mercedes estate and parking took lots of manoeuvring and exiting the car in a non conventional manner in order to get in the space! Probably would use public parking next time.
