On level -1: two large bedrooms: the orange room with a queen-size bed (160 cm), private bathroom, and TV; the blue room with a choice of a double bed or two single beds, TV, and a large bathroom.

On level +1: a small attic sleeping area for children, not included in the accommodation capacity due to the low ceiling and beds on the floor. NOT SUITABLE FOR ADULTS. TV, DVD player.

Pets are welcome, provided they adhere to hygiene rules (they must not sleep on the beds or sofas): €20 per pet for the stay.

Heating is not included and will be charged according to consumption at the end of your stay.

End-of-stay cleaning is €100 and is payable on arrival to the owners.

Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm, and check-out is between 9 am and 11 am.
