Pleasant apartment in a chalet on the first floor which offers a beautiful terrace and green space with a view of the lake.
It is composed of a bedroom with dressing room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a main room with fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toster, plancha, raclette machine and all the dishes), a table and 4 chairs and a lake click! All with a large TV and wifi!
On the terrace, garden table and chairs and 2 sun loungers!
It is located 200m from the lake and the first beach (nautical union), 10 minutes walk from the city center and also from the shuttle bus to go up to the ski slopes in winter!
Hiking departures are also nearby. Quiet place with parking space assigned to the apartment.
