Escape to our charming Vosges chalet, nestled in the heart of breathtaking scenery with stunning views of the lake. This traditional, single-story chalet promises the perfect getaway for nature lovers and is also perfectly suited for families. We’ve thought of everything to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, including a crib and a high chair.

Ideally situated between town and the hiking trails, as well as the downhill and cross-country ski trails, our chalet enjoys a prime location in Gérardmer. It’s just 900 meters from downtown and 1 kilometer from the starting point of the Chaume Francis downhill ski runs, as well as the Poli cross-country skiing and hiking trails.

Facing southwest, this peaceful chalet offers all the comforts you need for a perfect family vacation. The chalet has three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight people, with two bathrooms equipped with showers and two toilets, one of which is separate. One bedroom has four single beds, while the other two bedrooms each have a double bed.

Relax in the cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, or prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which was completely renovated in April 2023. Gather around the spacious wooden dining table, which seats eight, and enjoy convenient amenities such as a washing machine and an ironing board.

Nestled on the popular Gouttridos hillside, one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Gérardmer, our chalet offers the perfect balance between proximity to hiking, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing trails, as well as the town center. Enjoy the tranquility of this peaceful setting while taking in the breathtaking view of Lake Gérardmer.

Please note that bed linens and towels are not provided, so please bring your own or ask us about the option that includes linens and towels for €120 per chalet. Electricity is now included in the rental price, ensuring a seamless experience for your family vacation.

Randonnées entre amis

Notre but était de faire de belles randonnées sans prendre la voiture. Nous avons apprécié la position du chalet même si la remontée à pied était dure. La location est fidèle au descriptif avec tout le matériel utile pour passer un agréable séjour .

Sympathique chalet mais..

Famille de 5, nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans ce chalet qui offre une belle vue sur le lac de Gerardmer.L'arrivée et le départ se son faits simplement, sans accueil toutefois (boîte à clé), ce qui est néanmoins bien pratique lorsque l'on arrive après une bonne distance. Dans notre cas, l'hôte nous a autorisé à arriver une heure avant celle prévue, et nous l'en remercions.A regretter l'agencement du chalet et la taille de la volumineuse (mais belle) table qui ne laisse que peu de place pour le séjour et pour circuler, ainsi que la TV positionnée à un endroit étrange et dérangeant lorsqu'on veut admirer la vue extérieure depuis le canapé, et plus simplement ouvrir la fenêtre. Literie très satisfaisante, mais sans alèses. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cheminée qui fonctionne très bien.Par comparaison avec d'autres locations réalisées au même endroit les années précédentes, nous avons jugé que le rapport qualité prix n'est pas très bon. A noter également, la station de ski de Gerardmer n'est pas à 1mn comme le mentionne l'annonce, ou alors à vol d'oiseau, plutôt à 7,5km. Penser d'ailleurs à s'équiper de chaînes en pleine saison car l'accès au chalet peut s'avérer compliqué voire impossible sans équipement. Globalement, l'avis est positif et nous recommandons, mais nous ne réitérerons pas compte tenu du tarif jugé élevé.

Notre sejour

Cadre magnifique, vue sur le lac et la ville.Assez de pièce pour 6 et enfants.Grande table avec bancs, 2 SDB dont une avec WC et un 2e wc à part. 3 chambres.Il y a bcp de porte manteau dans le couloir et les autres pièces et assez de rangement. Bon emplacement, proche de la ville même pas 5 min et moins de 10 mins pour aller sur les pistes.La déneigeuse passe tous les matins sur les routes, pas besoin de chaines.Par contre,Il y a le strict minimum pour la cuisine, mais pas de mixeur, de ciseaux...Manque énorme de prise dans les chambre ou très mal placées.Il a neigé le lendemain de notre arrivée et nous sommes dans une grande pente, il a fallu déneiger à la pelle (pas de sel et une seul pelle pour 2 logement) deux matin de suite (une bonne heure pour tout faire).Nous avons aspirer avant de partir mais il manque une raclette pour nettoyer le sol.

superbe vue

La météo ne nous a pas favorisé mais la vue était tellement splendide que cela n'a pas entaché notre moral. Le gîte est conforme à la description, confortable , lumineux. De plain pied, ce qui est agréable vu notre grand âge. Les radiateurs mériteraient d'être changés (sauf 1 qui est neuf) de plus cela ferait une économie d'électricité. Très bonne impression générale. Si notre santé nous le permet, nous reviendrons c'est sur.

Magnifique région avec de très belles randonnées autour du ballon d Alsace, découverte de très beaux villages alsaciens et ville de Colmar. Lac de Gérardmer, très agréable avec belle base nautique, belle qualité des activités proposées et personnel très sympa.

Tres bon séjours dans ce chalet de montagne situé dans la petite ville de Gérardmer. agréable de prendre les repas avec la vue sur le lac. Le chalet est confortable, cuisine neuve et entièrement équipé. Seul petit bémol l'absence d'eau chaude suite a un problème technique.

Quelle vue!!

Nous sommes venus en famille pour cette semaine a Gérardmer où nous avions déjà séjourné. Le chalet est fonctionnel et bien équipé, mais surtout il a une vue imprenable sur le lac. Tout le monde a apprécié la terrasse, le petit jardin... Echanges faciles et rapides avec notre hôte. Bref, nous recommandons sans hesiter!!

Belle vue, joli chalet spacieux mais ⚠ si il y a de la neige car le passage de la voiture en devers pas de sel de déneigement. Séjour agréable on aurait aimé avoir les clés pendant midi afin déposé les bagages pour aller chercher les skis pour skier 1/2 journée de plus.

Agréable chalet, très belles vue sur le lac !

Chalet agréable pour 5, très belle terrasse et vue sur le lac. Pas trop loin du centre ville. Étonnés pas l’absence d’alaises sur les matelas et protections oreillers. Équipement cuisine un peu vieillot. Donc rapport qualité prix plutôt moyen.
