Come relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Georgetown, FL. Bring your boat and head over to Sliver Glen or Salt Springs, take a hike in Welaka State Forest, or cast a line from the dock. We even have a few kayaks at the property for guest use. So come grill steaks on our large screened in porch, watch the beautiful sunsets, and then roast smores on one of the fire pits. This Large 3/3 with a covered boat lift on 3 acres is perfect for the whole family!

Our host was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. We love the property, the lot was beautiful, spacious, just incredibly relaxing. We used the fire pit to cook hot dogs and marshmallows, the parking was perfect for our boat and truck. The Welaka public boat ramp is 5 minutes away, and a fantastic little restaurant/bar called Shrimps-R-Us is just minutes away. Comfortable beds, the screened in back porch is heavenly!! This is what old Florida was like before developers covered everything in concrete, and ruined a true gem. We will definitely come back here if it is available!!!!!

Property was very clean and the host was very good at communicating with us. We unfortunately were not able to keep our boat at the dock as intended because the water was too shallow. This is advertised as a 3 bathroom home but in fact 2 of those bathrooms are located in the primary bedroom so the 4 other guests had to share 1 bathroom which was not ideal. Even knowing these limitations we would rent it again but just bring a different boat and less friends ;-)

Great Place!!

My husband and friends stayed at this beautiful house and they loved it. They said it was so relaxing to be right on the water and close to were their fishing tournament was located. They enjoyed their stay and would stay again. Thank you Megan for responding to my messages so quickly.
