"This was a very clean hotel with incredibly attentive staff. Kudos for wearing sweaters for the holiday season! The room was taken care of meticulously and we looked forward to coming back from a hot day's exploring. The welcome fruit and free minibar was a nice surprise. The location was great. It was 3mins to the Sri Weld Food Court where we had several great meals and close to dozens of local restaurants. And being close to the shore meant getting to the Jetties and the local art tour was super easy. All in all, a great trip made much easier with a fantastic hotel. "

"We loved our stay at Areca, we had a room on the ground floor and it was sheer luxury, spacious, beautiful tiles on the floor, high ceiling, lovely period furniture, fans and air conditioner and a shower that was truly magnificent. We loved the afternoon teas and all the delights that were served. Your staff are extremely polite and courteous. We stayed for a week and would be happy to return. Thank you Areca. "
