Everything was exceptional. Complimentary feshly baked to die for hilton cookies at check in and check out. Breakfast buffet was really good. Staff were incredibly helpful and professional. Close to batu Ferringhi night market and beach. Overall wished we could've stayed longer

Our room had a damp smell, the manager said it’s the flooring and advised us not to open the balcony doors. Moved to another room, it smelt the same. The hotel needs modernising. I didn’t enjoy my stay at all. The reception team (one in particular) did as much as they could to help.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. We liked this hotel very much. The staff were excellent. We had a spacious suite on the 11th floor. The pool was nice ( nicer without the pop music ). It was a nice place to come for relaxation. Only negative was the beach . We want to come back to this Doubletree again anyway because the staff was so welcoming , nice room, pool, and good price. Thank you!
