The rooms are cosy and comfortable, providing a pleasant and restful stay. The only concern I encountered was the lack of consistent hot water in the showers, which I have also experienced during previous visits. I hope the hotel will take this into consideration and address the issue. Aside from that, the property remains an excellent choice and a truly enjoyable place to stay in Penang.

Great hotel rooms. But some thought needs to be given to the bathrooms - specifically the shower cubicles. Poor drainage leads to flooding over the rest of the bathroom. Perhaps a covered strip gutter drainage would be of better use in channeling all the water sprayed out by that powerful shower head for a wonderful shower.

Surprise cake.

Went for a short holiday to celebrate my birthday. Upon returning in the evening I found that the staff had came in and placed a birthday cake in the fridge. I didn't tell any of the staff it was my birthday so this was a very nice surprise.
