We had a wonderful stay at Frame Hotel. We not only stayed once but twice. Out of 3 countries we travelled in Asia, this was the best hotel we stayed in. The room was spacious, clean, the bed was firm and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Once we checked in, they recognized us and greeted us whenever they saw us. The hotel was situated in a strategic area where we could dine in within steps. We highly recommend this place.

This is a great place and decent location and great to be away from the crowds it’s just a bit of a walk to get into the old town area which is where the best food and drink Places are. But it’s an easy enough walk and easy To get taxis. Staff are friendly and facilities Are all good, clean and convenient .

the hotel is in a good central location to explore George Town. it was strange at check-in to be ased for RM100 in cash.. which we didn't have. The staff also charged us for the taxes that we'd already paid (but did eventually refund this). Rooms are very basic. Fine for a night but I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer.
