"Lesa was a very responsive host throughout our stay. Prior to arrival, she provided useful information about the area and dining recommendations which was much appreciated. The home itself was very nice and whenever we had questions she responded promptly. Unfortunately we experienced several issues during our stay. There was a significant ant problem in the kitchen including on countertops, floors, and main hallways. We also encountered a sticking back door and water in basement. To Lesa credit she acted quickly and sent someone to home the same day to address issues with bug spray and traps.Lady who came to home was nice as well. She also struggled with back door lock and would fix for future guests. While I appreciate the hosts responsiveness and efforts to address problems the presence of ants throughout negatively impacted the vacation experience. For that reason I believe a partial refund of stay is appropriate rather than a future travel credit, as issues affected the quality of accommodation.Overall Lesa and lady who helped with property were good hosts, pleasant and responsive but conditions of property fell short of expectations."
