The handicap suite we had was a pleasant surprise. It was extremely clean, newly updated and spacious, the bathroom roll- in shower with shower chair, grab bars and an elevated commode was awesome. The best surprise was the bedroom. I could get into bed by myself. I did not need a step stool!! The only negative I have is that the kitchen did not have paper towels or something to wipe off the table/counters. Also, wasn't sure if they wanted us to wash any dishes we used or just to put them in the dishwasher and the hotel would take care of doing them. Thankfully I brought paper plates, plastic disposable silverware, and a roll of paper towels. A larger garbage can for the kitchen would have been nice instead of the small wastepaper can. The staff in the dining room went out of their way to make our dining experience awesome! This was one of the best places we have stayed at. Definitely worth it.

My room was prepaid thru hotels.com However, my card that I used to check in with was accidentally charged another $95. I have called the hotel and they said an a refund was issued last Monday. Now it is a week later and I still have no refund and nothing has been offered to remedy the station on my behalf.

All staff was a 10 out of 5 outstanding Had interactions with 4 staff members, ALL were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home Cleanliness was outstanding in all areas The quiet was fantastic!! Luggage carts readily available Keys worked first time & everytime Areas for improvement 1. Need Drinking glasses in bathroom area for rinsing after brushing teeth and or taking pills 2. Why only 1 reg coffee pod when 2 are staying in-the room. 3. Printed directions on how to use the smart tv. Could not get volume to turn on nor switch channels. some of us older people struggle with this 4. Printed in room reminder of breakfast start time 5. Wish the brightness in the bathroom was better, older people need better and brighter lighting 6. No extra roll of toilet paper, only partial on the roller in use. Good thing we didn’t need more

Everything was perfect except for the shower. The water wouldn’t stay hot for longer than 5 minutes. And the vent in the ceiling would blow freezing cold air instead of sucking air

We did not have a pet. The staff was wonderful. Jamie was at the desk when we came in and helped us figure out the TV remote. It was one we were not familiar with. The next morning Jo Ellen took the time to talk to us and did tell us where the ice machine was. It had snowed all night and there was a lot of snow on our car, and we did not have our big brush. She was so nice to clean off our car. Everything was neat and clean the lobby and the bedroom. Comfortable bed. There was a nice large bathroom. We will definitely stay there again. Gabrial was at the desk when we left, and we spoke to the manager. It has all just been renovated and just officially opened in November. We highly recommend it!!!
