Die Wohnung ist schlecht isoliert und darum ziemlich kühl bei kalten Temperaturen. Es hat Kältebrücken und kühle Luft zieht bei den Fernstern und Balkontüren ins Innere. Im Bad geht die Heizung nur gelegentlich und das ist den Vermietern bekannt gewesen.In der Küche tropft der Wasserhahn sehr stark und bis zu 3 Minuten nach. Selbst mitten in der Nacht blubbert der Wasserhahn von alleine los, was sehr störend ist. Im Bad bildet sich unterhalt der Kloschüssel eine Wasserlache, das ist recht ecklig. Es müssten einige Arbeiten gemacht werden, um diese Mängel zu beheben.Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön, mitten in den Weinbergen. Die Vermieter sind freundlich.

Super sauber und sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche hier verbracht und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von den Gastgebern empfangen – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben.Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem tadellosen Zustand – noch nie haben wir eine so makellos saubere Unterkunft erlebt. Eine neue, moderne Küche ist eingebaut. Man merkt, dass hier großer Wert auf Hygiene und Komfort gelegt wird.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Lage: Ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch hervorragend angebunden. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto sowohl in Heilbronn als auch in Ludwigsburg – ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder auch für berufliche Termine.Insgesamt eine perfekte Unterkunft für Familien, die Wert auf Sauberkeit, und eine gute Lage legen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
