Our room was newly remodeled so everything felt clean and new. Most of the rooms near ours were in the process of being redone. Loved have a fridge with a freezer in the room. It got a little humid even with the ac low but was overall comfortable and a great deal for a nice place to stay for the night! The view was lovely.

This is a contactless property and there is no way to get a hold of them to check in. The property didn’t have any cars in the parking lot and no one was around to ask. I called the phone number multiple times and monomer answered. I don’t recommend staying there.

Online Check in was great, easy. Room was clean and well equipped. Property is undergoing renovation so doesn't look great now, but hopefully will improve. Easy dining options in area. Property is just at the exit of Roaring Forks so easy access if you come that way.

No check in staff, you call a number to check in and the give you a room # and code. Conditions on the outside of the hotel are poor, very rundown. Parking not the best. The room itself was poor, unclean with several flying and crawling bugs. Bathroom tub was unclean, dead bugs laying in it. Surprisingly the bed was comfy and air conditioner was good as it was cool on hot days. Also convenient and close to downtown with free trolley stop across the street. We were hardly in the room as we were gonna the entire day, but be cautious if choosing to stay here, the price is low but so is the quality.

This place was disgusting. The furniture all looked like it belonged in a college dorm room. The curtains didn’t extend all the way across the windows, so people walking by could peek in if they really wanted to. The room was very damp and musty. The worst part though? There were flies everywhere, both dead and living. All over the walls. All over the floor. On the bathroom ceiling. In the shower. I tried to cancel my reservation before I got there after reading some reviews outside of this platform, and nobody from the motel responded to Expedia about it. Overall…just not a good place to stay. If you’re looking for a good economical place to stay in Gatlinburg…there are probably way better ones out there. This one should just flat out be condemned.
