Staff friendly and informative. Bath tub slippery a little and rough towels I mentioned to staff as we checked out that upper management of hotel needs to address. Overall stay was great. The room we reserved was spacious as expected.

I loved it being outside of main Sevierville. Easy to get in and out of and pretty quiet. Fire pits are great and so are the pools. Would definitely stay there again

This hotel is perfect! They welcome you with freshly baked cookies. The clean smell when you walk through the door says it all. The front desk lady was hateful but the hotel and room was great. One of the best we've stayed in this area. The breakfast was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was great. The room needs some work and the hallways need a little tlc but for the pice it was what I expected. I would stay here again but maybe not in a handicapped room which they had placed us in. The shower leaks out into the bathroom so that needs to be corrected. Yes I would stay here again for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was dark and unventilated. It was not very clean: mirror, greasy fingerprints on cupboard doors, dust, I could go on. Threadbare pillows with flimsy covers. Breakfast was depressing, not one fresh item to be found. There were complimentary apples, but they were covered in a white dust so they could not actually be eaten at breakfast. There was no housekeeping to make the beds and to replace the towels. I expected this to be basic but ok like Tru by Hilton (which is a bit more expensive but much better located in Pigeon Forge itself) and it was far from it. I have no idea why this has such a good rating at Hotels.com. AVOID!
