We absolutely loved this property! It was so easy to have access to everything and the room was perfect! We were happy to see it was dog friendly and if you want to see a bear, this is the place to go! Haha!

The first room they put us in smelled mildew and was not clean. It was at the top of a hill and the elevator did not work so you had to climb down the hill to shop and climb back up a very steep hill to get back to your room. I dont think a 60 year old should have to climb a steep hill

Terrible stay…room was up a 80% grade hillside 3/10 of a mile from the strip but advertised as just off the main strip. Bathroom fan cover was melted. Switch/plug covers busted. Floors were dirty around the edges with a noticeable dirt edging. Our door handle was unscrewed from the top of the door handle . Only hanging on from the 2 bottom screws. Very noisy could hear the room next door whispering. Definitely not a Creekside pleasant hotel.

Construction underway at hotel and put us at Hilltop building and we had to walk the hill down and up when we went anywhere pr we would had to drive and pay for parking then not enough parking spots at night which meant your car was in a whole different area than you. If they put you at the Hilltop it needs communicated at booking since there is no other way than walk the very steep hill diring their construction. This just wasnt a hill it was strsught uo and down and we are older so it was very hard.

First we were expecting a balcony over looking the creek! Nope we were put in the Hillside complex. No creek at all. The room was gross. There was mold on the walls, refrigerator was caked with ice where it was never defrosted. The microwave did not work. The bath tub had hair left in it. The room smelled. The commode ran over. I contacted front desk and was given another room next door. I checked it out before switching the walls had some gross all over it, the bed skirt had mold on it. We had no choice but to stay in the original room. Breakfast was a joke. Biscuit crumbled when picked up. No meat, potatoes, grits, oatmeal. Only scrambled eggs. No jelly and the coffee was colored water. Nasty. Will never suggest this place to anyone and then tried to charge me afterwards for my pet and parking. My bank declined the charges. Never stay here!!!!

Elevator was not working to use for the room that was located on a hill and had to drive car up and down to get to office where breakfast was served not to mention the traffic you had to get through just for a 1 minute drive Was not told this until checked in.

The rooms were nothing like the website the parking is horrible the toilet was broken the door was broken the electric flicked non stop the TV didn't work well due to the Internet I assume the couch was really nasty and stained and the pool is down the rd near the front lobby and the rooms are up top of a hillside just not a good stay

There is a bear problem there. We seen at least 2 bears the whole weekend. On Sunday after breakfast i came face to face with one as i climbed the steps to return to the room. We heard the banging but was unsure where it was. And as i reached the first landing i could see the bear running down the stairs toward me. It turned to run down the next flight of stairs and we came face to face. He then turned and leapt over the gate on the stair case on to the wall on the wooded side. My wife who was behind me injured her ankle running back downstairs. This could have been real serious accident. I all ready request for a refund for the anguish. When we came out the room ever time we had to look both ways to make sure it was safe.

This hotel is all about location. Walking distance to almost everything. And, they have a black bear that strolls through the parking lot every night at 9pm. Beds are more comfortable than some other hotels in the area. Overall, my only complaint was that the elevator was still out of order. I get the feeling that fixing it is not on the menu so prepare to climb the stairs.
