The property was shabby and poorly maintained. The property has three separate buildings. The check-in lobby is in one building and one bedroom building is located across the parking lot at the bottom of a mountain. The second bedroom building is located at the top of that mountain. The two bedroom buildings are connected by an elevator, however the elevator is out of order. That required us to around the block and up an extremely steep driveway to get to our building. The floor of our room was very dirty, the vanity lights didn't work and there appeared to be black mold along the baseboard in the bathroom. I am amazed that Quality Inn allows this property to operate under their name.

Floors (tile) were dirty. Needed mopping. Linens were clean room was alright other than more cleaning. Breakfast buffet was good and had many choices. Expedia price was NOT price I paid, even after pet fee. Should have been just over 500$ was over 600$. Was told double charged for parking-which was supposed to be included on Expedia price. Careful

The floor in the room needed to be mopped, it was dirty. One light bulb was out and we asked to be replaced but it never got done. The elevators were out of order so I had our room moved to the ground. The free breakfast should go to at least 10am for breakfast. Other than that the stay was great.

This place has gotten better than it was a few months ago. A lot cleaner and just better all over. Really only complaint I have is the extra price (per day) for a pet is too high. For the whole stay $25 plus tax is fine but, paying that EVERYDAY is insane. If the rooms was elite then I can see that.

Need to get elevator working

I got into my room. I noticed both beds has been slept in and was not fixed which the front desk lady was very respectful and nice and gave us another room. Just a housekeeping could do more better by doing room checks and knowing which rooms to put people in And the elevators were not working I have a Spine condition I had to walk to the top floor due to the elevator, not working. Also went out to my balcony in the new room, and there was a whole cup of nasty cigarette ashes. I’m not a smoker so that was very disgusting to me that I had to smell nasty cigarette buds the whole time.
