You should at least allow smoking on the balcony. You should update those hard mattresses,I was so uncomfortable I slept in the chair.Mattresses were the worse part and no ice machines.

Small hotel. Room was clean but bed is past worn out. Towels are paper thin. Not the worst place we ever booked but definitely not the best. Overpriced for what it is.

This is not a glamorous hotel, and the amenities are limited, however, the breakfast is serviceable and free, which is always good, the staff was very pleasant, and the room was perfectly adequate and clean with daily housekeeping, another plus. My only minor complaint was the electrical outlet in the bathroom was not working. I did not report it because it was a minor detail. But otherwise it was a nice day at a great price. Also, very conveniently located right in the middle of Pigeon Forge.

We always try to stay at Pigeon River Inn when we go to PF every fall. It is always very clean, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is typical for all hotels. The location is great. We love going out and sitting and walking near the river.

We enjoyed our stay at Pigeon River Inn. The beds were a little firm, but the pillows were soft so we slept good. The breakfast bar ended at 9:30am which was a little inconvenient trying to get ready before breakfast. The lady that kept it up was a little snarky, but bless her she worked hard to keep it clean and well stocked.

Dollywood visit

The hotel seems dated. However, probably the cleaner than most of any hotel I have been in. They even cleaned my room each day I was there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I reserved the room months before my knee injury and forgot to request a handicap room. However, the manager Provided a handicap chair for the bathtub. It was so very appreciated.
