My family and I enjoyed this condo so very much It was very clean and at an awesome location (esp if planning to go to Dollywood)! We said we would like to rent this condo again in the future. The lazy river was fun and was such a nice pool area… indoor pool and hot tub are under renovation but it was fine, we enjoyed swimming in the rain!

This condo is perfect and exactly how it is depicted in the listing. The resort amenities and parking is fantastic. They even have trailer parking. Check-in is simply getting an email with the door code. Check-out only requires setting the thermostat and removing trash. This condo is within walking distance to the parkway, you will get a lot of steps in, but location is convenient. Value was great during rod run weekend with cost of condo less expensive than a 3 star hotel room. Host provides prompt communication. Highly recommend.

We felt incredibly lucky to find this place. It’s located in a beautiful, upscale area, which made us feel comfortable right away. We traveled with our kids (11 and 12), and even though it was a bit chilly outside, we were still able to enjoy both the lazy river and the indoor pool. Such a nice bonus!The location is perfect, with easy access to all the nearby attractions. The condo itself was exactly what we hoped for; the bed was very comfortable, the balcony views were stunning, and it had everything we needed for our stay.We would absolutely stay here again.

Prefect property for 2 adults. The condo was just as described, very clean and so well maintained. We stayed during the Christmas season and the condo was decorated for the hoildays and even had a Christmas tree that we really enjoyed. Amazing location that is easy to get to and so close to everything Piegon Forge has to offer. The owner was so friendly and very easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back again! We would highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

Went for a spontaneous weekend trip and this place did not disappoint! Very clean, very spacious with an open concept, the balcony has a view of the river which was a plus for the kids because they enjoyed watching the ducks. The shower was amazing and had wonderful water pressure. The in-unit washer and dryer was a plus! The pool and lazy river were so much fun! We will definitely be back

The hall leading to room had a very strong smoke smell and sometimes a trash smell. So glad i brought my room freshener spray. Washing machine was very loud. But overall loved the resort and location. I would definitely stay here again!

Very small unit with limited amenities. Smallest washer/dryer I've ever seen and made so much noise. It has a stove, but no oven. Many of the drawers in the bedroom/living room were broken. It was clean and we made it work. But i would not recommend or stay at this unit again.

Great Views Close to Town

We had a wonderful stay. The location was in the heart of Pigeon Forge withing minutes to all attractions and restaurants, with the balcony of of the river. Could not have asked for a better place. Owner was supper helpful and would recommend to anyone with or without children. It had a lazy pool and a 24/7 indoor pool so the kids could swim even in the winter. We did not utilize we where there for relaxation and enjoyed walking along the river seeing the ducks and geese. The ducks just had babies and they were so much fun to watch.
