It is a little dated but the room was clean. The lock on the door was broken but I travel with an extra lock anyway! Breakfast was good. It is a good place to stay for the money. It is very close to downtown Gatlinburg and you could save a ton of money on parking if you were going downtown.

We stayed two nights, the room was clean, the bed wasn’t hard it was very comfortable, I loved the walk in shower, check in was easy and quick, staff was friendly and we was able to walk wherever we wanted! I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others!

The first room my son was given was actually occupied. There were suitcases, clothes, shoes, toiletries. The second room we were given was not cleaned, there were footprints on the floor; a broom was outside our room. Water was dripping from the shower all night. You could also hear the pipes running. The worst part was the construction going on, and the everyday noise pollution. Breakfast was ok, but not much variety.

The hotel lobby, breakfast area was fairly new looking, lots of seating. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were not bad other than there is no place to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom or anywhere to put your soap or shampoo. The tv was a bit confusing to operate and the guide didn't work. Had to flip through to find the channel. Other than that, would definitely stay again.

The room I reserved had a loud, squealing toilet upon check in. Maintenance worked on the toilet for 45 minutes while I waited in the lobby. Eventually, I was given another room when maintenence was unable to make the repair. The room I was given was dirty. Dust was all over the floors. Alarm clock was broken. USB charging ports were unpowered and useless. The swimming pool was dirty and unheated. The only bright spot in the stay was the continental breakfast. The breakfast had plentiful options. The food was hot and well prepared.
