Wasnt very clean previous tenants items left behind balcony was good other than trash and tonail clippings the elevator has you questioning your life decisions but it moves.......slowly. the pictures are deceptive and a lot didn't work such as lights the staff was very inviting but I definitely prefer to stay elsewhere

Our experience at this hotel was awful from the moment we walked in. The room was not clean, the sheets were stained, and there were no curtains on the windows. There was nowhere to hang coats, the trash can was broken, and even the hallways and elevators were filthy. The rooms are definitely not soundproof. We could hear people whispering through the connecting door, and we could even see shadows of people walking in the other room through the gap. On top of that, every time the neighbors cooked, the smell filled our room as if they were cooking right next to us. We reserved a king-size bed studio, but they put us in a handicapped accessible studio instead. When we complained, they promised an “upgrade” to a room with a Jacuzzi and dresser. After packing everything again and moving, the “new” room was identical to the one we had. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will never stay at this place again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Pros:Front desk staff was super friendly. We stayed in the 1 bedroom condo and it was the perfect size for us. Cons: The shower wasn’t cleaned when we got there. Hair and soap scum all in it. The indoor pool was absolutely disgusting. We walked in and there was chunks of hair all in the pool. Looks like the filter wasn’t working or the pool hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We didn’t chance it.

The room overall was clean but there were a few places that could stand a cleaning/dusting. We loved our room and the location is perfect for us as we can walk everywhere and not have to fight the traffic or pay for parking. The fully equipped kitchen is a huge bonus for us. Saves some money on eating out. I highly recommend staying at Gatlinburg Town Square.

Start with which I made the reservation for the Gatlinburg Town Square Hotel and it turns out that the room I had booked was from a connection with the Hotel, but at the time of booking you are not informed. When I arrived and checked in, I was told that the room I had chosen was not Gatlinburg Town Square but where the reception was., which was not the Hotel they sell in advertising and the photos they have in expidia. I had to pay more money at the reception to be able to settle in Gatlinburg Town Square and even paying more likewise I don't touch the Hotel I was supposed to have booked, it was another connection. The hotel in very poor condition, old man, the old beds, did not clean the room, one of the towels that was supposed to be used was dirty. From the moment you enter the hotel it smells old, I ordered for non-smoking area and unfortunately smells of pure marijuana. Do not cancel the reservation because I was with my two children and it was too late and I did not start testing whether or not I found another hotel. Disappointed with both Expidia and that hotel. I have to pay $224 more than $229 and the hotel is not worth it. I definitely don't recommend the hotel.

The room was adequate, had some trouble regulating the room temperature, but it was definitely nice and warm. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was a great addition. The room was within walking distance to down town which was nice - we did not have to pay the $20 for parking. Staff was great as well. Overall, I would recommend Gatlinburg Town Square due to location alone.

Toilet seat was so dirty that they had to come change the seat. They curtain for shower had mold around bottom. Their was not skillets to cook in had to go buy some. Elevators was nasty dirty not cleaned at all. But on good note the bed was clean and they took care of toilet seat emditly.
