Room was nice but was not what we anticipated.in the pictures of the room that he selected it had a view of the river and our view was another hotel and parking lot as well as believing it was a resort but it ended up being a at a different location that the one that was pictured when we made our reservations. It was also aggravating to have been shuffled into a room right after arrival to discuss timeshares when we had just been driving for several hours and just wanted to get to our reservations and relax.

Beautiful room with a scenic view from the balcony. We could hear the stream running near the building. The gas fireplace was a little disappointing because the flame was so small.

Room was nasty, shower head broke and had to be held by hand, bug in freezer, exposed wires, light on patio out, no phone. Notified front desk staff unwilling to fix anything, finally on 5th night the light and shower were fixed. Staff and management were not willing to refund any of our stay so we could leave

We enjoyed our stay very much! The only exception is that our room was not ready at check in time. They apologized for being short staffed and 90 mins later we were given a different room because of housekeeping issues.
