Overall the property was nice. Pool area was nice having the indoor/outdoor pool and lounging area. The bathroom in our room could use some upgrading.

Using the elevators is a pain since there are only two for nine floors. We had to take an elevator up when checking out just so we could ride it down before it got full. The parking spaces are super tight to get in and out of. And the Haunted House next door plays extremely loud music that can be heard in the rooms.

We booked the property in May for an October viait. No disclosure of parking fee when booked. Arrived in October and was charged a parking fee of almost $50 for 3 nights. I would not have booked this hotel had I known. The property is very run down. Cracks and peeling paint in our tub that they had tried to upgrade by painting a coating over it. Visible mildew above tub aurround and in corners. Tub was gross. Breakfast was average. Hotel location was excellent.

My stay was decent overall and the location was great — close to everything. I was in Gatlinburg mainly to do a hike about 20 minutes away, so this place worked out well. One thing to note: I was charged an extra $20 per night for vehicle parking at check-in. I might have missed it in the booking details, but I don’t recall seeing that mentioned anywhere beforehand, which was a bit frustrating. I also booked this place because it advertised breakfast included, but unfortunately breakfast is only served from 7–10 AM, and I had to leave by 6:30 AM to find a parking spot for the hike. Overall, it was a good stay and the area has plenty of attractions around — especially nice if you’re visiting with kids.

Our favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg! While the property is showing its age and the elevators are notoriously slow, the location simply can’t be beat—it’s the best in Gatlinburg in my opinion. We stay here every year, sometimes twice a year. Unfortunately, they’ve recently added a $15-per-night parking fee, which feels unnecessary and disappointing—a way to add extra charges without offering any additional benefit in return. Still, despite that, it remains our favorite place to stay.

No way to beat the location. Simply outstanding. The staff were also very friendly. The elevators need to be updated to move faster. Very slow. The beds could also be updated. Those items aren't enough to keep me from staying there next time. Again the location is A++

Nice room HORRIBLE parking

Ok, we had the room with fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The room was small but cozy. The fireplace was nice and the jacuzzi tub was huge! So relaxing. The bathroom was tiny!! The room was dated but still looked nice and was clean. The bed was old and not the most comfortable bit not horrible either. Staff was friendly and helpful. Therr is a Haunted House right st one end of the hotel. The hotel is VERY long. Thankfully our room was not close. If it hsd been, it would have been awful. The music was BLASTING LOUD and you could hear people screaming. If not gor parking, I would stay again as long as I knew I was on the end away from the Haunted House. The parking was HORRIBLE. Its almost $17 for a parking pass. Per day. ($15 plus tax) parking is under the hotel so I don't understand why there is a charge. The lanes were so tight I had an anxiety attack and had to make my husband drive. The spaces are super tight!!! And I mean super tight. I will not stay again soley due to parking.
