Maintenance staff should check everything before get ready to re-rent. My first room’s light not lid, fridge not cold, toilet is not flushing. We have to ask to move to another room. Breakfast is lacking of hot items. Exactly the same everyday. It would be nice if you have a guitar or few musical instruments in the lobby. Guest may borrow to entertain during their stay.

PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE

Absolutely disgusting. As soon as we got to the room there were roaches crawling on the wall, mold and moisture everywhere, and the place just felt dirty and gross. The smell hit us right away. We didn’t even stay — we had to leave immediately and request a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere else! Oh and did I mention no parking, I had to park around back at a different business location.

Older motel / hotel for sure. Noisy until midnight or so, staff would do nothing about it. Elevator is so dirty, pieces of bread were served in plastic bags. Paid $150 for one night l, I should have paid another $100 and went somewhere else. Just expected more from a national branded hotel. Come on the hospitality business can do better than this. Sad …

Got a room that was supposed to have no stairs to the jacuzzi and ours had stairs. Room was a little run down. Bed was comfortable however the air conditioning sucked. We had it on high the whole time and it barely did anything at all. It was almost like we had it on low the whole time. I’m not 1 balcony chair for multiple guests. No dresser to put stuff in but had hangers and a rack to hang them from. Water pressure in the shower was terrible and it took 20 mins to fill the jacuzzi.

The hotel is in terrible condition needs serious renovation. It has German cockroaches in the morning breakfast area. The bathroom sink in our room was next to the front door, not in the bathroom. My opinion that’s not sanitary. A plus employees running the desk were nice. But we had a difficult time sleeping here and price I paid for this room is humiliating! Price should be for sure under $100 for what’s offered. But just my opinion.
